WinSCP supports this too. It's called "Location profiles".

FWIW, I'm a particularly big fan of how FlashFXP handles bookmarks. For me that's critical, because I manage several sites on a single server and need to change between them several times throughout the day so having to do each side separately would waste a lot of time. Basically, what I'd just about kill for is SCP built into FlashFXP or a client with an identical interface - I've never been happy with any of the other interfaces out there.

You can switch to location profiles.
