To connect with FTP protocol to non-standard port, use:

open ftp://username:password@ftp.zomaarnaariets.nl:22

Though port 22 is used with SSH/SFTP/SCP. So maybe you actually want to use SFTP protocol:

open sftp://username:password@ftp.zomaarnaariets.nl

My script looks like this:
How can I connect with Port number 22?
It now default connects with Port number 21

open ftp://username:password@ftp.zomaarnaariets.nl
