Thanks for your report.

I have added this issue to the tracker:
Issue 2328 – Hang when creating temporary files with temporary folder on locked drive

The problem seems to be fixed in WinSCP 6.4.1 beta (due to an upgrade to a newer version of IDE). Please test it.

Right Click Edit

Hi,
I have a locked D: drive, BitLocker. My temporary folders are set to D: drive.
If I right click on a file and choose Edit or Edit in <any app>. UI freezes and I need to restart. No error is displayed, and I need to remember to unlock the D: drive and then all works perfectly.
