Copying Accounts to a New PC

Hi, I am wondering if there's an easy way to copy the accounts from one PC to another. I have a Windows 10 PC but just bought a new PC with Windows 11 preinstalled on it last week and am trying to easily move the accounts, with passwords, etc. to make things easy.
