First start very slow

If I start WinSCP it takes very long until it's open (5-10 seconds).
This happens only at first start. If I close it and start it later again, the speed is normal.
I checked in taskmanager but couldn't find an open process which would explain the faster start at 2nd time.
I set the update check to once a week, so that shouldn't be the reason.
How can I further debug this?
I'm using Version 6.3.3 but have this issue since weeks.
