That's very broad question.
You have apparently a proxy configured for your session.
Is that by purpose or by mistake? If by purpose, did you talk to your network administrator?

WinSCP connection

While connecting to one of the External Ftp it says below error. What is the solution for this??

Proxy error: SOCKS proxy failed to connect, error 2 (connection not allowed by ruleset)
