Re: Renaming results in deleting the directory.

Thanks. Though the log is not complete. The initial connection part is missing. Also, cannot you reproduce the problem with some small directory, not with directory containing so many files?
And mainly please test this using the latest 6.2.1 beta. Thanks for all your help.

Re: Renaming results in deleting the directory.

Rename using the folder option "Rename".

Re: Renaming results in deleting the directory.

Why would the log be very large? Can you post it anyway? Also, you didn't answer How exactly are you renaming the folder?

Re: Renaming results in deleting the directory.

Version 6.1 (build 13674 2023-05-23).

The log file is very large, so I previously sent part of the log where my situation is described.

Re: Renaming results in deleting the directory.

What version of WinSCP are you using? How exactly are you renaming the folder? Can you post a complete session log file?

Renaming results in deleting the directory.

Hello.
I had a big problem when trying to rename a directory on the server.
After waiting, an error appears. I click on the “Abort” button and the directory is completely deleted from the server.
That is, renaming leads to the deletion of the directory.
What do I need to do to solve this problem?
Thank you.
