Because since 6.0, WinSCP can work as a local file manager (with two local panels):
Issue 1893 – Local file manager mode (two local panels)
So while before a session and a tab was basically the same thing, now you can have a tab without a session. And most commands in that menu with a tab (with or without a session) not with a session.

I checked again and everything seems to be there, but I don't understand why it's called Tabs instead of Session..
That doesn't make any sense to me.

The menu item was just renamed to Tabs. Is there anything that you are missing in the menu?

Since last update to 6.1.1 I miss the menu item Session, therefor I find a menu item Tabs.
Where do I find my Session item again?
