Please contact their support. From your description and video, it seems that their SFTP interface is not working either. We can hardly help you from our side. Unless you can actually login using any either SFTP client. Did you try that?

We need to access the NY state website to download some documents.
According to website, we are not able to use the HTTPS file exchange platform to submit or retrieve documents during this time. However, the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) alternative, WinSCP, is available to use during the maintenance period."
However, even after download the application we are unable to download the document as getting the error highlighted in subject itself "Error type" Network Error: Software caused connection abort". We were on 2nd steps where we had entered the host number and put our username and password and then clicked "Log in" and received the error.
Downloaded application version was 6.1 which was downloaded today on 9th June'23. Using Windows 11, transfer protocol is SFTP, using Commander,
