The first hit in google for "WinSCP HMAC Algorithms":
https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ssh_algorithms
It lists hmac-sha2-256 and hmac-sha2-256-etm@openssh.com.

Using GUI
Version 5.21

A vendor we work with sent us the following notice:
MAC Algorithms to be retired:
hmac-sha256
hmac-sha512

The remaining secure MAC algorithms available for transfer are:
hmac-sha2-256
hmac-sha2-256-etm@openssh.com
hmac-sha2-512
hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com

Not able to find any direct reference as to whether or not the remaining algorithms are supported.
