I'm not sure what you ask for.
It's not clear from your post if you are getting the problem also with 5.21.6? Or only with 5.19.6? If only with 5.19.6, make sure all users actually upgrade. We cannot help you with your upgrade process.

WinSCP closes unexpectedly

Hi Team,

We were using 5.19.6 but we have upgraded to 5.21.6 but still some users are seeing the older version and getting the below error logs in Windows Event viewer. We also rebooted the server after upgrade to new version.
