Re: Working properly
Thanks for your feedback.
- Bug: If you right-click a WinSCP site and clicking "Open in PuTTY", the PuTTY window opens as expected, but the WinSCP login window closes. It should stay open, allowing other operations to take place.
- Bug: Along with the previous bug, if your WinSCP window happens to have no current connection, upon right-clicking a WinSCP site and clicking "Open in PuTTY", the PuTTY window opens as expected, but the WinSCP application exits. It should stay open.
Shift
key while selecting the "Open in PuTTY" command (again, same as with "Login"). See the footnote at:
- Improvement: It is possible to open multiple connections at the same time by right-clicking a folder and clicking "Login". It would be great to have an "Open in PuTTY" entry that would open a PuTTY window for all folder's contents the same way it does for the standard WinSCP login. It would be a time-saver whenever I need to open multiple sites in their respective PuTTY window for maintenance purposes. At this time, I need to use the multiple login, select the tabs one by one and click the "Open in PuTTY" button, or open the login window multiple times and use the "Open in PuTTY" menu item (which closes the login window, making the task take more time than it should).
