I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.
Downloading from AXIS camera using std FTP. Search for MKZ files list of 35 files is returned mark all for download and start. About 8 to 10 files in the time remaining starts incrementing and completion percentage decreased. Program keeps downloading and it appears that the files are getting appended onto the same single file.
