I'm not sure that your client is after exactly. But we do not have any ISO or other certification.

Dear WinSCP Forum,

I don't know if my issue fits in this branch.
A client (bank) asked for security documentation/certification (architecture, ISO etc.) for WinSCP, as they wanted to install a Secure tool, and not a "ransomware" etc.

Could you provide me the demanded documentation?
