It's quite likely that it is not possible to use the active mode through a proxy.
Fix your server to support the passive mode.

Cannot enable active mode on FTP via proxy?

I'm unable to connect to my FTP server via my SOCKS5 proxy due to my FTP server requiring active mode on, and the server can ONLY be connected to through the proxy, I have no idea what to do.
