What does it mean "send XML file from mainframe to winscp the XML". You are not sending files "to winscp". You are transferring files using WinSCP either from a server to a local machine or vice versa. What exactly does it mean "is not fully visible"?

When we send XML file from mainframe to winscp the XML file is not fully visible in utf8 format.
