List index out of bounds (-1)

Opening 2 tab with diff server. After moving out files from server, I decided to destroy VPS while still connected, no disconnection notification whatsoever, then finishing task on active VPS (another tab), then changing tab, then error occured.

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.
