Martin - I have 3 other connections in WinSCP that work fine on that machine and FileZilla connects with no problem to the problematic host.

Most probably a firewall issue.

Connection Stopped Working
Longtime WinSCP user. Recently one of our saved connections that worked for years has stopped working. I have confirmed I am able to connect with other FTP clients. Steps I have taken:
Have tried Active Mode (Was setup and configured in Passive mode)
Reinstalled WinSCP
Rebuilt the connection
