Afaik, PayPal donations are not supported in Japan.

can't donate by credit card

I've tried 5 times now to donate by credit card, but it always fails for some reason. Each time it fails, I have to do the captcha security check twice, and re-enter the card information. The last time I tried, the message was that I couln't use the card and should try another card. I only have one card, and it has no problem with it -- I use it all the time. It is an international card. I am in the Japan region. Is that a problem? Any recommendations before I give up totally?
