(that's pretty much a compliment, i got around using a lot of features without even touching docs ;))
I'm carrying around WinSCP on my USB drive and there's only one thing (apart from FTP support) that makes it perfect - I cannot save the username and password. Please add at least basic support to save username & password in some kind of a text file ... it doesn't even have to be an obvious option, bury it deep inside and describe on some hidden place in documentation, in case you fear for the users - but it would make it perfect for responsible users such as *khm* me ...
