You could use PuTTY to do that, https://winscp.net/eng/docs/integration_putty for reference. After login in the PuTTY shell, linux command `head` or `tail` is provided.

This is not possible yet right? Would be so useful. Winscp sadly cannot handle the filesizes I try to open haha.
